DCS Group is a highly successful and independently owned recruitment business with humble beginnings. We are £20m turnover business that covers IT, Construction, Mechanical and Transport & Logistics.
We have a truly unique opportunity to be mentored by a very experienced and successful Managing Consultant. You will be coached in the psychology, science and art of IT Recruitment by someone with over 7 years proven and practical experience. You will have all the tools of the trade and training is very hands on.
We will teach you the IT market and how to do the job but you will need to have a good desire to build relationships, understand and have strong passion for Information Technology and general computing genre. You will need to have great eye for detail and a winning attitude should come very natural to you.
You will need to have a strong mind-set, the need to win as well as
