DCS are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to finish packages on a new build offices in Manchester

The project is valued at approximately £36m

Ideally the Finishing Foreman will have also previous experience of working on internal office fit out projects and will come from a carpentry background

Role/duties: Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays

The Finishing Foreman will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings

Required qualifications: CSCS SMSTS/SSSTS First Aid along with relevant references
