Description:
Successful candidate will be overseeing the on going road and sewer services and 30 plots that are in various stages of 2nd fix in Walton for a national client
Applicants must have the following:
Good communication skills
Good planning and organisational skills
SMSTS First Aid qualification
Recent experience in new build housing, private or social (social being preferred)
