Cover Supervisors for Secondary supply - needed in Bridlington
Due to an increase in demand, Castle Education are currently recruiting for experienced cover supervisors for a range of day to day and longer term bookings within local secondary schools around Bridlington and surrounding areas. Cover supervisors provide day to day cover for different, pre-planned lessons, in the absence of the regular teacher. An ability to deliver lessons of a variety of different subjects at Key stage 3 and 4 and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively are must haves.
I am keen to meet with people with the following :-
> Experience of working within classrooms, preferably within a secondary school environment
> A Good level of education with a minimum of a grades C in English and Maths (or Level 2 equivalent)
> A current DBS on the update service ( Or must be willing to gain one)
> Flexibility and adaptability to work within different environments and covering different subjects, often at short notice
> Strong practitioner and able to manage a classroom with different levels of ability
>Good work ethic and a sense of humour!
