Teaching assistant - Early Years - ASAP
Castle Education are currently market leaders in Primary and Nursery recruitment across Scarborough. We are currently working with a local primary school to recruit a TA for their EYFS department on a long term, ongoing temporary contract. The role will be to work within the Early years department, supporting the teachers and providing 1-2-1 and small group support where neccesary. The role has the potential to go onto a permanent contract for the right candidate.
To be considered for this role you must have the following :-
> Current DBS on the update service (Or willing to gain one through Castle Education)
> Minimum level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
> Classroom experience as a TA or similar, within the EYFS environment
> Enthusiasm and commitment to working with pupils of different backgrounds and abilities
> flexibility and adaptability to work in different environments, often at short notice, an ability to think on your feet and a " can do" attitude.
