Our client, a growing and successful business, now has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to support their site in North Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day HR advice and support to employees, and be responsible for managing the recruitment process in this fast-paced and rapidly expanding business. This will include, liaising with stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements, writing and posting job adverts, managing agency partnerships, and direct sourcing of candidates including headhunting and international recruitment.
To be considered for this opportunity you should be degree and, ideally CIPD, qualified, with 2-3 years of successful HR Generalist combined with significant in-house recruitment experience gained working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
