HR Change Consultant

HR Change Consultant (VC5041) North Yorkshire, England

An exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation that is going through a period of significant change has arisen.

You will be an experienced HR Professional possessing demonstrable change management experience either as a dedicated Change Consultant or having had previous experience of working as a HR professional in an organisation that has undergone significant change. The CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.

Working as part of the HR Team and reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will work closely with a range of different functions across the organisation delivering organisational change and ensuring it is consistent with values, cultural principles, best practice and in line with policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for supporting and guiding Line Managers through the consultation process, working in close conjunction with the Leadership Team and the wider HR Team.

The role is based in North Yorkshire and there is free on-site parking.

6 month contract.
