Interim HR / OD Consultant - Yorkshire - £Competitive

Castle Employment Group’s HR division are currently working with a leading Global organisation to recruit an Interim HR / OD Consultant (6 months FTC).

Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will work in partnership with internal stakeholders both globally and in the UK, to develop and improve the structure of the HR function with a focus on improving and driving efficiencies and cost savings.  

This will involve reviewing the current structure of the HR function, analysing and updating job descriptions to better fit the current needs of the organisation, putting forward recommendations, implementing and managing change. The successful candidate will also be required to coach existing members of the HR team to enable them to best support the organisation and continue to drive forward efficiencies and provide a timely and professional fit for purpose HR service to key stakeholders.  The role will also involve leadership coaching and development.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, CIPD qualified strategic HR / Change professional, with strong stakeholder management experience, and previous experience of working with a business  to restructure, drive efficiencies and cost savings. 

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary is negotiable based on experience and the ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and a proven track record of supporting businesses that are growing and going through change / restructuring.
