Castle Human Resources is looking for an experienced Head of HR for one of it's clients.
The Head of HR role will form part of the Senior Management Team reporting directly to the Managing Director. They will be responsible for developing and implementing, with managers, the HR and people strategy, supporting managers with regard to ER casework, ensuring compliance with HR processes, including policies and procedures. In addition the Head of HR will coordinate performance management standards and development training needs.
This is an exciting new position for a person who has a generalist HR background and can contribute to a solutions focused senior team. There is also the opportunity to design and develop the HR function from the ground upwards.
This appointment will be made initially on a basis of working 20 hours a week which will be on a flexible basis according to the business requirements of the role and the individual post holder’s own requirements.
It is expected that the person appointed will be at least Level 5 CIPD qualified or can demonstrate good all-round experience working at a senior HR level.
