INTERIM HR ADVISOR (VC3803) North Yorkshire, England
Our client, a successful UK business, has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to provide Generalist HR advice and support to employees and managers at their site in North Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day HR advice and support to employees, as well as pick up existing and new case work. Additionally, you will be responsible for the provision of HR advice, recruitment, sickness, absence, new starters, inductions, and processing leavers.
To be considered for this opportunity you should be degree and, ideally CIPD, qualified, with HR Advisory experience gained in a fast paced manufacturing or distribution environment, although the sector experience is not essential. The current team is made up of a HR Manager, HR Administrator as well as a separate payroll team.
