Castle Employment HR division are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator / HR Advisor for their client in Malton.

Our client, a growing and successful business, now has an opportunity for an experienced entry level HR Generalist or HR Administrator to support the business based near Malton, North Yorkshire.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day first line HR advice and support to employees, and act as a HR Administrator to the HR team.  This will include, note taking at meetings, writing internal adverts, processing new starters, inductions, processing leavers, and dealing with low level disciplinary and grievance cases.  

To be considered for this opportunity you should ideally be CIPD level 3 qualified, or working towards this (although this is not essential) with 2-3 years of successful HR Administration experience or entry level Generalist experience gained working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment with a broad range of stakeholders.
