Ilke Homes, a leading and rapidly growing UK manufacturer of modular homes, and Castle HR Recruitment, are excited to be working together to recruit a Recruitment Manager into the HR team. This is a new role in the business, so a fantastic opportunity to really be able to make your mark and build this role into a value-added function of the business.
We have experienced significant growth since the business began and with that has seen our recruitment needs change and grow. You will be leading and driving the recruitment strategy for the business, ensuring we are exploring all possible avenues for attracting top talent that we can retain.
Working closely with the HR Manager and L&D Manager, the Recruitment Manager will lead on the recruitment of all open vacancies across the business. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Recruitment Manager will be self-motivated, proactive and keen to deliver a high level of service. They will lead, establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders, ensuring an excellent quality and coverage of recruitment support at all times.

The role requires the ability to think and plan strategically, with a high level of adaptability to juggle conflicting priorities in an ever-changing environment where tight deadlines are in place.

Primary responsibilities of the role will include taking full ownership of recruitment processes and systems, driving the employer brand, leading on all non-Executive recruitment across the business, building solid stakeholder relationships with Hiring Managers, and preparing job adverts to attract key talent. Additionally, you will conduct telephone interviews, develop and manage local and national level recruitment campaigns, including developing social media campaigns, and create and analyse recruitment KPI’s.

Our ideal candidate will be REC or CIPD Qualified, with a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in either an internal recruitment or recruitment consultant role. As a strong communicator, with a positive can-do attitude, you will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, recruiting at all levels of an organisation, with experience of high-volume recruitment. A recruitment background gained in either a manufacturing, engineering or similar-type business would be advantageous, as would commercial understanding and budgeting experience.
