Our client is a highly successful and growing global financial services business focused on investing in and developing the best people in the market.
They currently have an opportunity for an experienced senior level HR Business Partner who will be responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to the Functional Directors in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements, and, in consultation with the HR Director and Group HR, support the delivery of the HR Business Plan, in order to meet organisational objectives in line with the respective People Strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with the the leadership team, as well as undertaking bespoke and ad hoc global HR projects, and proposing changes and improvements to Business and HR processes and procedures.
We are looking for an individual with 6-8 year's senior Generalist HR experience, with up to date knowledge of employment legislation and an excellent understanding of HR best practice and an ability to operate at a senior strategic and operational level supporting Board / Director level stakeholders. Previous experience gained working in either a financial / professional services or international business is highly desirable.
