Our client, a growing and successful global manufacturing business, now has an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to support the Leeds Manufacturing site. The site employs approximately 300 employees across Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution for the global market.

Reporting to the European Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day HR advice and support to employees, and act as a strategic Business Partner to the site management team. Additionally, you will look to develop and implement policies and procedures relating to HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development. You will develop constructive collective relationships through influencing and negotiation with employees and key stakeholders, as well as trade union representatives.  Additionally, you will be responsible for analysis of key HR data utilising the HR system.

To be considered for this opportunity you should be degree and, ideally CIPD, qualified, with 2-3 years of successful HR Management experience gained working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary manufacturing / distribution environment or similar.  Experience of working in a stand-alone HR role would be advantageous.
