INTERIM HR ADVISOR

INTERIM HR ADVISOR (VC3803) Wakefield, England

Our client, a highly regarded and successful UK charity, has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to provide Generalist HR advice and support to employees and managers at their Wakefield offices, which are within easy access of Leeds, Wakefield, Selby, York and Bradford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day HR advice and support to employees, as well as pick up existing and new case work.  Additionally, you will be responsible for the provision of HR advice, recruitment, sickness, absence, new starters, inductions, and processing leavers.  

To be considered for this opportunity you should be degree and, ideally CIPD, qualified, with HR Advisory experience gained in social care or a charity setting, although the sector experience is not essential.  The current team is made up of 6 Generalists as well as a separate internal recruitment team and L&D function.
