Our client currently has an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to develop and deliver the Internal Corporate Communications strategy, enabling clear direction and positive engagement with employees at all levels across the UK business.

Reporting to the VP Global Corporate Communications, the successful candidate will deliver an Internal Communications strategy that maximises employee engagement and understanding of the company philosophy.  You will create and deliver an Internal Communications plan that generates employee awareness and understanding of the businesses global goals and initiatives and their alignment to their regional goals and initiatives.

As well as managing a Corporate Communications Executive, you will act as the communication business partner to 2 defined client groups, identifying opportunities to offer direction, engagement and shared value for internal stakeholders.  Additionally, you will be accountable for annual briefing communications and event management, working closely with the Corporate Affairs Director and the Senior Leadership team. Previous press office experience is also essential for this role.

To be considered, you will have experience gained working in an Internal Communications role previously, as well as experience of managing a small team.   You will be confident communicating effectively to a wide range of stakeholders using a broad range of styles, and be experienced in creating strategic plans and translating them to executable operational plans and tactical activity.  Working to challenging deadlines, you will have a proven ability to balance multiple priorities, whilst remaining focused to deliver to a high standard, possessing a strong attention to detail.  Awareness of new and leading edge communication technologies for internal communications is essential.
