HR Change Consultant (VC6733) Sheffield, England
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a progressive business that is going through a period of significant change and business transformation.
You will be an experienced HR Professional possessing demonstrable change management experience either as a dedicated Change Consultant or having had previous experience of working as a HR professional in an organisation that has undergone significant change. The CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
Working as part of the HR Team and reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will work closely with a range of different functions across the organisation delivering organisational change and ensuring it is consistent with values, cultural principles, best practice and in line with policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for supporting and guiding Line Managers through the consultation process, working in close conjunction with the Leadership Team and the wider HR Team.
The role is based in Sheffield, and will require travel to Leeds on occasions.
6 month contract.
