Castle Employment Group’s HR division are currently working with Autism Plus to recruit an Interim Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager (12 months FTC).

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will work in partnership with internal stakeholders including the HR team and senior management, whilst growing, developing and managing a small internal team, to develop and deliver a first-class recruitment strategy with a focus on significantly reducing agency costs and improving the direct-sourcing recruitment model.
This will involve reviewing current recruitment methods and processes (including the expanded use of job boards and social media), reviewing and managing the PSL of recruitment agencies, and developing the presence of the organisation’s employer band. You will also be required to manage the recruitment budget, develop a talent pipeline, oversee recruitment related policies, and train managers (in conjunction with the HR team) on best practice within the recruitment arena. This role will also carry an element of hands on delivery of more senior and complex roles, as well as regular MI reporting, and you will be responsible for the delivery of a first-class, end-to-end recruitment service of all roles through your team.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced internal Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager / Specialist, with demonstrable experience of working with businesses and / or organisations to design, develop and deliver a Recruitment strategy which delivers significant cost efficiencies and an improved candidate experience. Your experience should include identifying new service providers to support the recruitment process, including managing and developing a PSL, negotiating contracts and agreeing rates with agency partners. You will also have previous experience of reviewing, developing and communicating recruitment policies, ensuring consistency is delivered through all key stakeholders within the business and your team.
