Castle Human Resources division are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for their global manufacturing client based in Hull.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide professional support and advise to Management and employees on generalist HR issues including: Disciplinary and Grievance, Absence / Lateness, HR Policies and Procedures, Equality and Diversity and Conditions of Employment.  Additionally you will support with Recruitment, and assist with implementing HR Strategies, ensuring sound understanding across site via various methods of communication.  The role will also be responsible for ensuring that employee records are updated and maintained ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ER and HR generalist background gained in a large manufacturing environment, or similar, have good organisational skills, be able to use their own initiative as well as work as part of a team. Excellent IT skills are essential and good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a sense of humour are paramount to this role.
