Castle Human Resources Division are working with a leading and rapidly growing UK manufacturer to recruit a Learning and Development Partner into the HR team. This is a new role in the business, so a fantastic opportunity to really be able to make your mark and build this role into a value-added function of the business.
The company has experienced significant growth since the business began and with that has seen learning and development needs change and grow. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be leading and driving the non-production apprenticeship programmes strategy for the business, including the design, implementation and monitoring of apprentice and graduate learning schemes.
Additionally, you will lead, develop and evaluate all mandatory training, design and implement individual learning plans for future talent, and contribute to the development of digital learning course material.

The role requires the ability to think and plan strategically, whilst also working operationally, with a high level of adaptability to juggle conflicting priorities in an ever-changing environment where tight deadlines are in place.

Our ideal candidate will qualified in HR/L&D, with a minimum of 3 years L&D experience in either a construction, engineering or manufacturing-type environment.  You will have experience of business partnering with stakeholders, and be accomplished in training design, implementation and delivery.  You will have the ability to draw on a variety of different L&D interventions as needed, and possess knowledge of competencies Apprenticeship frameworks.
