CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is a busy, independent Recruitment Consultancy who now have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruiter to come on-board. Working in a newly created position, you will be the key to assisting us in coping with an overwhelming increase in our business and building and developing either one of our two established and successful divisions.
Our aim is to provide a tailored and professional service to both clients and candidates alike. Our practice is very candidate driven and our investment in advertising and marketing, networking events and our less than rigid ways of working, are paying off in providing a loyal client base and very high level of candidate response and registration.
We are specifically interested in applicants that have previous experience of working within the sales or service based role and environment where working to targets and developing your own business through developing lasting relationships and understanding a client and candidates needs.
You can expect to be well remunerated for your efforts! We do a good job and are successful at what we do because we enjoy our work and the people we work with. We would like you to share in that experience and as we are a growing company, there are certainly opportunities for progression, both in terms of position and status.
Applicants we are seeking must have a confident and sociable personality, with a good telephone manner and confidence with IT. The job does demand the ability to multi-task and the willingness to travel to events and clients' offices. We welcome candidates that are innovative and creative when it comes to exploring the recruitment market. The position requires good research skills and an interest in developing new business.
