Castle Human Resources is recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner for one of our clients in York.
Our client is a well established organisation with a first-class reputation. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with a background gained in Education.
Working closely with the senior management teams, you will be responsible for providing HR advice, support and guidance to on a full range of generalist HR issues ranging from disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management, recruitment and retention, and restructuring.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support business strategy, update policies and procedures; support and promote the implementation of existing strategies, policies and procedures.
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with experience of working in an educational establishment environment. You will have a strong understanding of ER and up to date knowledge of employment law. You will also be able to demonstrate first-class communication and influencing skills.
