HR MANAGER

Castle Human Resources is looking for an experienced HR Manager for one of it's clients.

The HR Manager role will form part of the Senior Management Team reporting directly to the Managing Director. They will be responsible for developing and implementing, with managers, the HR and people strategy, supporting managers with regard to ER casework, ensuring compliance with HR processes, including policies and procedures. In addition the Head of HR will coordinate performance management standards and development training needs.

This is an exciting new position for a person who has a generalist HR background and can contribute to a solutions focused senior team. There is also the opportunity to design and develop the HR function from the ground upwards.

It is expected that the person appointed will be at least Level 5 CIPD qualified and can demonstrate good all-round experience working at a senior HR level.  Ideally you will have gained experience in a broad range of business settings, including SME, and be used to working at both a strategic and operational level, either in a stand alone capacity or managing a small team.
