Castle Human Resources division has an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR to join an exciting business in West Yorkshire.
Our client is a highly successful and growing business focused on investing in and developing the best people in the market.
They currently have an opportunity for an experienced senior level HR Business Partner / Head of HR who will be responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to the Leadership teams and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements, and, in consultation with Group HR, support the delivery of the HR Business Plan, in order to meet organisational objectives in line with the respective People Strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider HR team to deliver tactical and strategic solutions, providing front line advice to people managers and employees, as well as undertaking bespoke and ad hoc HR projects, and proposing changes and improvements to Business and HR processes and procedures.
We are looking for an individual with at least 8 years' Generalist HR experience, with up to date knowledge of employment legislation and an excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases. Previous experience gained working in either a financial / professional services or fast-paced retail business is essential.
