Implementation Coordinator (9N) (009325) North Canton, Ohio

As an Implementation Coordinator with Diebold, Inc., you will provide project-related coordination and administrative support to the field project management organization. This includes coordinating and liaising with internal resources and providing back office support to the field installation organization towards successful completion of installation projects. Your role would be to ensure all appropriate processes are completed and information is received in order to initiate and close out installation projects.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Project set-ups and entering budgets in MS Dynamics (Solomon) system
  • Coordinating project kick-off meetings, distributing and confirming scope of work and all necessary information available with various internal departments to get the project started
  • Creating and maintaining project files with all project information in the project drive
  • Procuring and submitting certificates of insurance and bonds for projects
  • Efficiently managing subcontractor tasks as it relates to subcontractor agreements, riders, POs, insurance compliance and invoice reviews for posting to projects upon approval
  • Creating RFIs (Request for Information) and maintaining an RFI log
  • Project billing based on project billing schedule and contract terms
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager and the purchasing department on equipment requirements for projects
  • Preparing close-out documents for client sign off and processing project close-outs in the system
  • Supporting project managers with all projects related questions and correspondences
  • Monthly review of reports, project profitability, project cost analysis, unbilled and project performance reports with project managers
  • Providing assistance and work with finance on month-end close (related to projects), monthly forecasting, accounting issues related to project costs and revenue, and internal and external audits
  • Providing assistance on special projects as needed


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Prior experience interacting with subcontractors and/or clients preferred
  • Very strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with limited direction
  • Prior contract/billing experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel and Dynamics experience a plus
