This is a newly created role, where you will be supporting a well respected Principal along with the Director of Business Operations in a busy role.
Your duties will be varied; including diary management, monitoring correspondence, screening telephone calls, client liaison, arranging meetings, database management, and general PA duties. You will also be involved with marketing duties, where you will be involved with project work, event management, preparing marketing reports, maintaining the firms website and social media presence and coordinating internal meetings.

To secure an interview with this great firm, you will have around 5 years experience working in a Secretarial / Administration capacity. Professional services background is ideal, however other areas will be considered. An interest in Marketing will be highly regarded.
