Traffic Manager (815) Seattle, Washington
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual with the desire to develop a career in the digital advertising industry to join our team. The successful candidate will work with the team in managing ad campaigns across our portfolio of websites. The primary responsibilities of the Digital Traffic Manager include but are not limited to obtaining creative assets from account executives and clients, trafficking all digital ad campaigns, managing & optimizing live campaigns, inventory management, sales support, and various reporting.
Reports to the Director of Digital Sales
Duties & Responsibilities:
Obtain creative assets and traffic instructions for all ad campaigns and properly traffic them to ad serving systems.
Work closely with sales team to ensure campaigns launch on time & optimize live campaigns to ensure both revenue and performance are being maximized.
Work closely with our Ad Server on all technical issues and updates.
Monitor delivery, identify any potential campaign issues and communicate with Sales to resolve them.
Inventory management and forecasting.
Work with accounting team to ensure all revenue is properly accounted for.
Work closely with the design/development team regularly on various projects.
Maintain high productivity in deadline driven environment.
Regular and prompt attendance.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in digital ad campaign management is essential.
Experience working with DART products is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1-3 years of experience required
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred
Ability to read, comprehend and analyze complex instructions, business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to top management and/or our board of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to remain in a static position for extended periods of time and converse with and communicate with others. The team member is occasionally required to move about, handle and/or position items. The team member must occasionally transport or move up to 15 pounds. The team member must be able to identify objects and be able to communicate in writing.
