They are looking to recruit at Associate/Partner level into the Human Resources Group where you will provide both pensions and employment law advice to a range of corporate and trustee clients, including: workplace consultation; TUPE and pensions; high earners and pensions taxation; 2012 workplace pension reform; benefit provision beyond normal retirement age; discrimination and benefits; salary sacrifice; pension scheme restructuring; defined benefit liability solutions, including section 75 management. You will work alongside actuarial and other financial advisors and have proven skills in the development of client relationships and an established record of converting targets into clients on a profitable basis. Previous management and supervision of team members is required.
