The HT Group is now hiring an experienced, energetic Marketing Assistant for an industry leading manufacturer in the San Marcos area. This role serves to support the Director of Marketing by coordinating with other departments to manage marketing tasks and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter that is eager to learn.

Full time, Monday through Friday

Temp-to-Hire

$45K-$50K/year DOE

San Marcos, TX

Responsibilities:

• Manages daily operational tasks to ensure marketing initiatives are met
• Keep organized records of marketing campaigns, manage campaign ROI and KPI’s
• Assist with content creation on multiple platforms including company website and social media
• Update marketing calendar for upcoming events and activities
• Coordinate with outside teams to develop content, PR, and campaigns-ensure all sales and technical documents are updated according to brand guidelines
• Assist with organizing promotional events, sales displays, and signage
• Manage project deadlines and sure deliverables are met, update PM software
• Create internal reports regarding marketing, sales metrics, and conversion rates
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
• Must have a portfolio of content
• Proven work experience in marketing related role
• Experience with product marketing
• Video editing and post-production experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe CC
• Innovate, eye for aesthetics and details, creative thinker and problem solver
• Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel to trade shows and client meetings when necessary
• Superb written and oral communication skills
