The HT Group is currently hiring Sales Support Specialists for our client located in South East Austin.

Location: South East Austin
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: Salary, 35k - 42k anually

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Sales team by providing customer service to potential clients and customers, and by compiling information on client needs and inquiries. This role requires experience in customer service, a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills both written and verbally. The ideal candidate will be able to work well both independently and on a team, can multitask efficiently and will have experience using a PRN system.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist:

• Respond to inbound inquiries through e-mail and phone
• Qualify leads by asking sales related questions and input data into CRM
• Learn the PRN system and accurately input data
• Work efficiently and in close proximity to others
• Provide a high level of attention to detail and record all interactions accurately
• Work well independently and without constant direction
• Compile data, create reports and work alongside the Sales team to promote business growth

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Impressive typing skills (40 wpm or above)
• Professional demeanor over the phone and in person
• Successful communicator and team player
• Must work well in a fast paced work environment and respond well to change and adjustments in work flow
