Our client is an established, Midlands based M&E services contractor. They deliver M&E / FM maintenance services to a variety of clients across the healthcare, leisure, commercial and retail industries. Due to expansion in contract numbers and planned growth they are urgently recruiting for a dynamic and driven trainee estimator. You will be given full training on calculating labour costs, quantifying, preparing bid documents, bid writing, asset surveys, client presentations, developing client relationships and all aspects of estimating FM contracts. You will be part of the national sales team and be expected to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, liaison with senior management and the service delivery team and provide technical support and guidance.
You will come from a technical engineering background (mechanical would be an advantage), previous experience of estimating would be an advantage however our client is looking for a driven and hungry individual with exceptional communication skills, be smart of appearance, be very client facing and have a desire to succeed.
