They are a specialist customer experience & insight agency that help their clients develop a better understanding of their customers levels of satisfaction through insightful research and evaluation. This is particularly effective for those industries that sell through one or more channels such as Automotive, Public Sector, Transport, Financial Services, Telco and Retail brands.


The opportunity

This is a great chance for a smart, efficient individual and results orientated new business generator to join at Director level and be responsible for sales and revenue growth. A senior role within the agency responsible for developing and managing clients. They are looking for an outgoing personality combined with an intelligent approach to engage with and expand new client relationships and work with an established client list.

Required skills and experience:

  • 4/5 years hands on agency experience minimum
  • Intelligent approach to engage with and expand new client relationships
  • Understand the current and future challenges facing the client and drive the strategic approach for improvement.
  • Identify, create and evaluate business opportunities within the client.
  • Able to liaise with Account teams to deliver new initiatives and projects aimed at improving customer loyalty.
  • Resilience and self-motivation will be an asset as well as the ability to work to deadlines
  • You must demonstrate strong presentation skills at senior management and board level as well as good commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales and used to dealing with budgets in excess of £250K
