Role Overview
Reporting to the Financial Controller who is responsible for providing the business with financial information and astute analysis to enable effective decision making across the business. This FP&A Manager will play a critical part in providing support to the finance team and by providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of potential strategic business initiatives and providing business case assessments.
On a day to day basis, this FP&A Manager will work closely with the business in preparing accurate monthly and quarterly budgets along with review of forecast variances. On an ongoing basis providing commercial and policy analytical input into business decisions. On top of this, you will also be heavily involved in preparation of budgets in TM1 for the group. It will be your role as the FP&A Manager to build business partnering relationships with various stakeholders within your division as this will assist you in gathering the right data for your analysis as well as giving you the best platform to properly influence the business strategy based on you review.

- Preparation of budgets in TM1 for the group for review by management
- Providing commercial and policy analytical input into business decisions
- Undertaking financial and commercial assessments for the business
- Preparing specialised reports and presentations to management
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced FP&A Manager with an accounting qualifications. You have a previous background in a commercial organisation with similar responsibilities and ability to work to work in a standalone role. You are passionate about engaging your stakeholders to drive a business forward and hold a strength in communication that sets you apart. Strong TM1 experience is very critical for this position.
