1. At least 10-15 years’ experience in a similar position handling onshore proposals

2. Able to manage multiple office proposal execution plans required for managing the bid delivery process and is responsible for a number of activities which ensure Delivery of Compliant, and professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes

3. Manage the onshore bid delivery process and manage onshore proposal specialists/assistants.

Bidding Strategy
- Ensure that the capture strategy is followed for all the new prospective work.
- Encourage technical and commercial innovations.
- Support the development of the project execution plan in conjunction with the nominated Bid Project Manager/Director and regional Commercial Head as well Business Development team.

Bidding Execution
- To prepare and submit proposals without errors, on schedule, in accordance with the Capture Plan and to develop the Basis of Bid.

Contract Negotiations
- Support nominated Bid Project Manager/Director, Area Commercial Director with detailed back-up and analysis as well as relevant correspondence, clarifications and Proposal Documents.
