Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £9.00 /hour
Rotating Shifts: Days (6am – 6pm) and Nights (6pm – 6am) – 4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern
We are looking to expand our permanent team of Production Operatives for our client in Desborough. Own transport is beneficial due to the location and working hours.
Job Description:
If you are someone who is enthusiastic and committed to do heavy lifting work and been responsible to meet the business needs. Operating on the production line and machinery as well as quality checking of the final product and been able to follow Health and Safety procedures.
Skills and Expertise required:
- Experience working in Production/Manufacturing preferred but training will be given
- Confident/Positive can do attitude
- Have to be self-motivated
- Ability to adapt to regular changes and requirements
- Good communication skills
