Castle Education are looking to recruit an Area Learning Manager for the West Yorkshire area.
The Area Learning Manager will be managing two satellite centres that offer Education and Training within two learning centres in Huddersfield and Doncaster. The Area Learning manager will be managing curriculum and promoting high quality outcomes for all learners which involves progression to employment or further study. The role also involves managing the day to day running of the centres and all elements of quality within. The role will require people management skills and an ability to monitor data, budgets and resources.
The client is an established training organisation in the Yorkshire Region with over 30 years in the field of Education and Training. The client can offer a competitive salary of around £36k.
The Area Learning Manager would need to have;
A Valid Driving Licence and access to transport.
Experience of leadership and management within a training and tutor environment.
Knowledge of work-based learning in practice and a proven track record in this field.
A Level 4 or above in Training and Development.
A Level 4 or above qualification in Management.
