A leading Industry Construction Training facility on the Yorkshire Coast is looking to hire a Construction Trainers. An opportunity to join this growing provider of high-quality Education and Training to teach, assess and support a range of learners through a range of industry standard qualifications in the Construction field.
The Construction Trainer role will include managing cohorts of learners to successfully complete their courses and then find employment. You will be required to be a supportive, knowledgeable and experienced in an aspect of construction including Plant, Brick and/or Groundworks with qualifications in these fields of work and a Level 3 teaching qualification alongside an assessor qualification. A working knowledge of a range of qualifications including apprenticeships would also be advantageous.
As a Brickwork Trainer you will be an excellent practitioner in your field and an excellent communicator with a passion for supporting young people and mature learners to learn a trade and be suitably skilled to obtain employment.
The Requirements:
Level 3 or above qualifications in Brickwork, Ground-works or Plant Machinery
Level 3 or above Teaching Qualification
Assessors qualification
Other relevant certificates for Plant Machinery operation
