Castle Education are looking for a Business Development Manager to work across Yorkshire and Hull.
The Business Development Manager role is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and business strategy of this established Education and Training organisation. The role will be pivotal in building the apprenticeship levy/non-levy business and other commercial income for the organisation to support the brand awareness and growth of the business across the region.
The Business Development Manager role incorporates elements of account management and employer engagement and requires a high level of experience in sales.
The client is an established training organisation in the Yorkshire Region with over 30 years in the field of Education and Training. The client can offer a competitive salary of around £32k with a company car.
The Business Development Manager would be required to have;
A valid full UK Driving Licence.
Experience and a proven track record in a Business Development role within apprenticeships and training.
A sales management background with experience of meeting and exceeding targets and managing staff, and resources.
Extensive knowledge of the apprenticeship programmes, standards, funding rules and eligibility rules.
A level 3 or above qualification in Sales Management, Marketing, or Teaching and Learning.
A level 3 or above qualification in Management.
