Castle Education are seeking to appoint a Well-Being Officer for a College in North Yorkshire.
The role will include co-ordination of well-being and safeguarding referrals and establishing strong relationships within the community including external agencies.
The role will support learners to integrate and complete their studies through exploring support mechanisms.
This is a role where you can make a difference to learners through a range of activities.
Qualifications and experience required: -
Level 3/4 qualification in a related subject i.e. Social Care/Working with young people and Families
Evidence of CPD in one or more of the following:
Advice and Guidance
Safeguarding
Mental health
GDPR
Learning/Personal mentorship
Counselling
Experience in working with young people, aged 16-19 and mature learners, in a support role
