Castle Education are recruiting an experienced Quality, Maths and English Manager for an 'Outstanding' College in North Yorkshire.
The role of Head of Quality, Math and English would have a strategic oversight for quality across the college to ensure that the 'Outstanding' profile can be maintained and realised.
The role will have overall responsibility for the management and development of quality assurance frameworks and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a range of experience within a quality function including experience of managing the self-assessment functions and quality improvement mechanisms.
Creativity and innovation are pivotal elements to the role to develop and implement strategies that can support quality in Maths and English delivery and attainment and meet regional and national priorities and targets.
It will also be essential to embed and promote policies and procedures to promote inclusion and success for all students across the college.
