Castle Education are currently looking for a PGCE Trainer for an excellent college in the North Yorkshire area.
The PGCE Trainer would be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students in a thriving environment
We are looking for a committed and dynamic PGCE Trainer to join us.
The post holders will need to be innovative in their teaching methods and responsible for aspects of leadership within the Teacher Ed programme.With previous experience of teaching subject specialism and of working with a wide range of people, the successful candidates will have a background in Further Education and will be capable of working with teachers of all ages in classroom and one to one situations,
A subject specialist qualification at a minimum of level 7 is essential and you should:
hold a Certificate of Education/PGCE or be willing to work towards this.
A Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
A greater knowledge of the Teacher Ed programme
Full Teaching Qualifications i.e. Cert Ed, C&G7407 ,CTTLS,DTTLS or be willing to work towards them
Excellent Classroom management skills
