Castle Education have work available for Teaching Assistants with SEN and Behaviour experience.
The roles are based within the North Yorkshire region and we have various part-time and full-time options available for the right candidates.
Essential Requirements of the role:
GTA, ATA or HLTA qualifications
Experience of one to one support within an Education setting
Safeguarding qualifications
Enhanced Child Workforce on the update service
The role will require patience and perseverance to support children within their studies who may have issues with behaviour or even SEN needs. You must be an effective communicator and ultimately you need to be resilient and adaptable to respond to challenges if required.
