Castle Education are currently looking to recruit a tutor to deliver a range of provision to a group of students who are unemployed and not in Education or Training. The role will involve experience and confidence working with young people who have challenging behaviour and the ability to build effective working relationships and rapport will be essential to maximise success. This is a role ideal for candidates who have has previous experience and want to advance in their careers or want a slight change in direction and want a challenge.

The role is situated in a beautiful North Yorkshire Coastal town and has an Outstanding Ofsted result for delivering high quality provision to all it’s learners.

Challenging behaviour can be a common thing and the behaviour can be as a result from different needs therefore the candidate must be adaptable, resilient and keen to learn. Candidates will preferably have experience working with SEN, challenging behaviour or training.
