Castle Education are excited to be seeking a Centre Manager for a renowned and highly reputable training provider in North Yorkshire.
The role will be focused on leadership skills across three sites and the person should be an experienced people manager with the ability to monitor and support teams to meet excellent standards of performance. The role also has budgeting responsibility and quality assurance monitoring to maintain high quality standards through the assessment of qualifications.
Relevant Qualifications:-
- Experience of Apprenticeship/Work Based Learning in a Training Provider environment essential
- Management qualification and associated occupational experience
- A1 qualification (or equivalent)
- PTLLS or Learning & Development Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Full Clean Driving License
