Castle Education are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager in the York area. If you’re a natural leader with excellent experience in a childcare setting looking for a new opportunity to inspire others and work with staff and children from 6 weeks old up to 5 then this role could be the ideal next step.
The Role: -
The role will be full time with a flexible shift pattern between 07:30am -18:00pm Monday to Friday.
The role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, committed and enthusiastic about EYFS and dedicated to providing high quality childcare for children and babies. There will be a requirement to ensure standards are met outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage with sustained improvement to raising standards.

Situated around York this Nursery is part of a group of nursery providers and these nurseries offer excellent opportunities for children and staff alike. The Nursery offers home cooked food and has excellent outdoor facilities and resources.
The role will be initially temporary for a long-term placement with an attractive daily rate and this role has potential to become permanent.
Qualifications and Experience: -
Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare / education / learning in the early years.
Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Early years or EYITT Professional Status is an advantageous
