Teaching assistants required, Immediate and January starts available
Castle Education are currently recruiting for experienced teaching assistants for local school's in and around Scarborough and the surrounding areas. We work with a number of local school's, helping them with their temporary and permanent staffing needs across a range of subjects. As a result, we are looking to work with experienced teaching assistants and cover supervisor in the local area who are looking to work either on a temporary day to day basis or who are looking to take on a new, long term challenge for the new year.
The successful candidates will have relevant experience in a classroom or nursery environment and will be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children of all abilities and will have determination and flexibility, a positive, can do attitude and the desire to ensure a positive learning experience alongside the class teacher, at all times.
All placements will be subject to obtaining an enhanced DBS.
The skills, experience and qualities we are looking for include :-
> Relevant classroom experience as a teaching assistant or cover supervisor
> Commitment to working with pupils of different backgrounds and different levels of ability ( SEN experience would be advantageous)
> Strong classroom management skills
