Compliance Consultant in financial services (15944) Brussels, Belgium
As an employee of the Consulting workforce, you will work within an the company's project team at client premises. You will take over delivery and team responsibility in various projects in financial services (Insurance, Banking, capital markets and risks).
The Finance & Risk practice team assists their clients in scoping, designing and/or implementing risk management solutions, adapting organizations to new regulatory requirements and to the compliance function transformation.
Within multi-disciplinary teams, while working on hot topics for our clients, you will develop your functional or technical expertise to successfully support our clients in the challenges they face in the compliance area.
Examples of assignments:
- Compliance diagnosis work
- Compliance roadmap definition: identification and priorisation of regulatory, organisational or IT projects, …
- Coordination and steering of compliance programs (at group/ business/local level)
- Compliance function organizational diagnosis, Target Operating Model definition and progressive roll out plan
- Support to selection and/or roll out plan of operational risks or non-compliance management tools
- Processes documentation, risks cartography and internal control framework evaluation
- Coordination and monitoring of recommendations (internal audit, national regulator…)
