Our client is a reputable consumer electronics brand with dominant market share in a majority of product categories, both on retail and built-in level.
A newly created team leading Business Development Manager role has arisen from the air conditioning business. This role will lead 1 sales engineer and 1 service engineer. The role will perform market sizing, set go-to-market strategies, allocate target and resources and most importantly take hands-on approaching in reaching out to customers including E&M consultants, architects, contractors, distributors for built-in business and consumer electronics retail outlets for retail business. You will administer budget planning and monthly forcast.
This is a P&L owning opportunity for experienced air-conditioning sales people.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor Degree
- 10+ years air conditioning business development experience
- Technical background in Engineering will be appreciated but not a must
- High proficiency in English and Cantonese
