Business Analyst Salesforce FR/NL

Duration: 3 Months + possible extension
Location: Brussels

• Salesforce knowledge (Ideally should participate to the UAT but MUST have follow the ADMIN training)
• Capable to translate business requirement into functional design
• Senior enough to challenge requirements and to push a more 'simple' solution to avoid to make the system too complex and with too many development.
• "Logical" Mindset, capable to analyze a situation and find the best solution.
• Languages: NL+FR
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem solving oriented
• Previous experience of user support is a plus
