Recruiter – Reading – Initially 6 months – Competitive Day Rate
Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a global Telecommunications company based in Reading who are actively recruiting for a German/Czech speaking Recruiter to support recruitment activities for the Czech Republic and Germany.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Proven experience of recruiting in a corporate and/or agency recruiting environment, ideally within the Czech Republic/Germany
- Experience of working with large blue chip organisations. Preferable in the telecommunications or IT industry
- A strong working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices
- Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates, and influence selection decisions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ideally fluent in Czech, English and German or at least 2 of them
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
This excellent opportunity will hold responsibilities such as:
- Delivering staffing needs as identified by the Lead Recruitment Business Partners
- Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process including; client customer meetings, screening and identifying candidates, managing offer and on-boarding process
- Be involved in identifying recruitment strategies to solidify the company’s commitment to acquire and develop a diverse workforce, including internal top talent mobility
- Obtain guidance from management and senior-level team members as necessary in order to provide strategic staffing support to assigned client base.
- Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies, and professional organizations to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Utilize a variety of resources to source candidates including: job boards, cold calls, creative online searches, internal job posting site, and employee referral program
- Confer with hiring manager and Lead Recruitment Business Partners to determine most qualified candidate; compile, negotiate, and extend offer to the selected individual
